Dexter’s fresh approach to personal training, incorporates, Kick Boxing and self-defense techniques, to produce the optimum workout for both the body and mind. His proven methodology has helped his clients see measurable results: weight loss, decrease body fat, increased strength and muscle as well as increased flexibility and levels of energy.

In 1980, Dexter began his training under Master Paul Chan, at Hong Luck’s Kung Fu Club, in Do Pai Style. After four years of vigorous instruction, he became an Assistant Instructor. During this time Dexter developed special demonstrations and choreographies which included: various hand forms, brick breaking, weapons – Kwan Do, Butterfly Knives, Double Swords and Staff. He toured China and Hong Kong in 1985 and in 1986 upon returning to Toronto, trained under Nick Alachiotis in Kick Boxing, Everton McEwan in Boxing, and acquired his coaching license with Boxing Ontario.
